I. Introduction:
The quick exhaust valve is suitable for pipelines transporting industrial water. It is a device used to quickly remove gas from pipelines, which can improve the efficiency of water conveying equipment and protect pipelines from deformation and rupture, making it an essential equipment for pipelines. It can eliminate gas in pipelines, reduce resistance and save energy. When the pipeline is under negative pressure, it can quickly and automatically inhale air to prevent pipeline rupture. Its exhaust capacity is several times that of ordinary double-hole exhaust valves. The float bracket is made of stainless steel, featuring a long service life, safety and reliability. The valve has a cylindrical valve body, with a stainless steel float and plug as its main internal components. The quick exhaust valve is installed at the pump outlet or in water supply and distribution pipelines, used to discharge a large amount of accumulated air in the pipeline, so as to improve the operating efficiency of water pipes and pumps. Once negative pressure occurs in the pipeline, this valve can quickly inhale air to prevent damage to the pipeline caused by negative pressure.
II. Working Principle:
When the pipeline is in operation, the float stays at the bottom of the bowl to perform large-volume exhaust. When the air in the pipeline is exhausted, water rushes into the valve, flows through the bowl and acts on the float, causing the float to rise and close. During normal operation of the pipeline, if a small amount of gas accumulates in the valve to a certain extent, the water level in the valve drops, and the float drops accordingly, and the gas is discharged through the small hole. If the pump stops, negative pressure will be generated at any time, and the float will drop at any time to perform large-volume air suction, ensuring the safety of the pipeline.
